The Head of Spare Parts at WYZauto will spearhead the establishment and growth of the spare parts division. This strategic role involves building a robust database of spare parts and integrating this new category into our existing platform to sell directly to our network of maintenance shops. The role demands a strong background in data management, a deep understanding of the spare parts industry, and the ability to manage operations at a regional level. ● Building the database which will enable us to sell these new product categories and / o support our customers in their automotive parts businesses ● Defining, implementing and managing the processes & organization needed to keep a best-in-class parts database ● Setting and implementing the strategy and business plan on Automotive parts to establish WYZauto as a key player in the different targeted markets/products categories starting with Thailand ● Defining revenue and costs streams to boost WYZauto revenues and profitability ● Engaging with key stakeholders (Automotive parts manufacturers / distributors / retailers etc...) to create a competitive offer and ensure business growth ● Participating to the definition, implementation and management of operational processes and teams needed to expand our business ● Giving input to our tech team to provide best in class experience for our customers, our sellers and internal teams, ● Being an active member of our executive team to ensure the definition and implementation of our strategy throughout the different targeted markets ● Supporting countries & regional team in the implementation of our Automotive parts strategy

Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in the spare parts industry, with a solid track record in category management and data handling in similar level roles. ● At least 2 experiences in product management / category management coming form identified big automotive spare parts companies (Bosch / Schaeffler / ZF / Denso …) ● Proficiency in English is mandatory; ● Strong analytical skills and experience database management. ● Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. ● Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage complex project across multiple countries. ● Ability to travel frequently, as required by business needs.
