Technical Sales Sales Pipelines Engineering Planning
• Plan sales activities and develop necessary action plans to ensure that order/sales targets are accomplished. • Responsible for customer satisfaction • Accountable for maintaining excellent relationships with the customers, the contact persons. • Organize Product presentation and provide necessary training to customers. • Cooperate with DW Marketing to implement a promotional campaign toward customers. Lead or cooperate with team and Marketing to execute assigned Push, pull actions. • Develop customer database (Distributor, dealer, contractor, investor) and develop action plan for each customer or each customer type. Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers. Perform customer mapping and identify key decision makers. • Able to gather specific information (competitors product offer, price, promotion, delivery…) to report to Director and able to adapt effectively to the change of market situation. • Manage debt collections for assigned accounts in line with company’s expectation.
• Engineering base, prefer pipe system engineer. • Min. 1 year sales experience • A good team player, who is independent and can work with minimal supervision. • Good planning and organizing skills. • Proficient in English, written and spoken. • Hardworking, proactive with positive attitude • Willing to travel – oversea and other provinces. Will go oversea for training for 1-2 months to learn about products and related knowledges.
