Come help us build Gridly, an amazing content management system that will be used by the best game developers in the world. It’s a public SaaS product with a browser-based frontend. Users will include existing clients such as Tencent, Warner Bros, Bethesda, King, Capcom and Square Enix. Work with product team, our users and C-level to understand product-vision and be responsible for development releases - Own partly / fully the development process. Be the team’s reliable facilitator in change management and timeline forecasting - Plan and prioritize work for the development team - Lead initiatives in improving quality of products and release cycle - Facilitate technical architectural & implementation discussion - Participate in coaching, sharing and recruiting to scale the team - Organize internal and external events about technology and help promote Localize Direct in the Vietnamese tech community
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
- 3+ years managing software development projects in fast-paced environments - Experience working with continuous delivery for large scale system - Familiar with deployment techniques (CI/CD, blue/green) - Strong knowledge of project management: forecasting, tracking, and risk management - An entrepreneurial spirit with detail-oriented, quality mindset, fantastic time-management skill and a can-do attitude - Excellence in communication (written & verbal) both Vietnamese and English - Passion for challenges, learning and sharing
