Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer with a strong background in user-centered design methodologies and extensive experience in product wireframing, designing, and user interviews. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of crafting engaging user experiences and will be tasked with setting up and governing the design system for our enterprise products. Key Responsibilities • Design System Leadership: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to be used across the product suite. Ensure that the system facilitates design consistency and efficiency in development. • User Experience Design: Apply best practices in UX to design solutions that effectively meet user needs and business goals. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for a wide range of devices and interfaces. • Rapid High-Fidelity Prototyping: Quickly create and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes that closely mimic the final product to validate concepts and communicate design intents to stakeholders and development teams. • User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and other research methods to gather qualitative and quantitative data that informs design decisions and product directions. • User Story Mapping: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user stories and map out user journeys to ensure a seamless user experience. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.

Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan

• 3+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing excellent use of UX design practices and complex design systems. • Expertise in user story mapping, user research, and synthesizing feedback into tangible design solutions. • Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, and others. • Strong understanding of web technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions; basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript knowledge is a plus. • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills combined with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem-solving. • A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
