We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in optimizing our development and deployment processes, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of our systems. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. SecOps: - Implement and maintain security best practices in all stages of the software development lifecycle. - Identify vulnerabilities and mitigate security risks. - Develop and maintain security tools and scripts for continuous monitoring and threat detection. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards. 2. Code Release Management: - Lead and manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of our continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. - Collaborate with development and operating teams to identify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance the development lifecycle. - Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of our applications and infrastructure. - Manage and scale cloud-based infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, Google Cloud. - Maintain and improve configuration of management systems and infrastructure as code practices. - Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences. 3. Site Reliability Engineering (SRE): - Enhance system reliability by designing and implementing monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications and infrastructure components. - Plan and execute disaster recovery drills and develop resilience strategies for critical services. - Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. 4. General: - Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to DevOps and cloud computing. - Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the DevOps team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and projects.

Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan

Language: Vietnamese (Fluent or Native) AND: Working Proficiency in English communication Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 5+ years of experience as a DevOps/SecOps Engineer or in a similar role. - Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and IBM Cloud. - Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IAC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI. - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell). - Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. - Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc. - Solid understanding of networking and security principles. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
