Sales Management
We are on the hunt for new Sales Managers to join our team in HCMC. We are seeking highly ambitious, experienced sales professionals to spearhead Saola’s sales initiatives, providing our services to web2 enterprises, venture-backed fintech/crypto startups, and DeFi protocols. The number 1 goal of this role is to grow our client base, generate new revenue through new business, and ultimately help our clients succeed. You will identify fresh business opportunities by leveraging various sales strategies, both inbound and outbound. Our team runs fairly small, flat, and experienced. While hiring is an important tool for this role, Saola's hiring philosophy is to stay as small as possible, for as long as possible, with talent density as high as possible. The impact here is not measured by the size of one's team. Responsibilities - Generate, filter, and pursue client leads, including responding to inbound opportunities - Build trustworthy relationships with our clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Saola can generate value for them - Partner up with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to complete full project cycle - Participate in industry events and conferences to generate leads - Overseeing account management
- 3+ years of experience in software development/ IT outsourcing B2B sales, closing and delivering successful projects from the ground up - EXCELLENT verbal and written English communication skills - Biased toward action while respecting team-oriented priorities - No-ego, adaptable, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented - Personable and able to manage expectations across many stakeholders and multiple on-going relationships
