- Issue Invoices to customers timely & accurately, Following the outstanding debts. - Manage receivable collection. - Receipting collection into system. - Update daily bank / cash transactions report. - Follow up the overdue outstanding, co-ordinate with marketing department to push customer settle. - Update monthly outstanding report.
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry. - Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and tax regulations. - Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. - Ability to work independently and manage receivables effectively. - Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
