- **Position**: Senior QA Automation Engineer at Aperia - **Core Responsibilities**: - Implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and execution for products. - Create and optimize automation scripts. - Recommend new tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance testing productivity and quality. - Evaluate and select test automation tools for various products and applications. - Utilize the Aperia framework for Functional Automation, Performance Testing, and Security Testing. - Present technical documentation for peer and development community review. - Work with agile methodologies and pursue continued learning in test automation and strategies. - Respond competently to work challenges, changes, and pressures. - **Functional Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with Aperia scrum teams to resolve technical product issues. - Lead regression testing based on analysis, complexity, and reusability. - Troubleshoot existing application issues and communicate outcomes to stakeholders. - Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills with users and stakeholders. - Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail. - Maintain professionalism and diplomacy in working relationships. - Interact effectively with diverse groups of people. - Work independently and collaboratively, taking initiative under pressure. - Endorse Aperia’s agile testing and development methodologies (SDLC) using best practices in Scrum, TDD, BDD, Git, Jira, etc. - Collaborate across time zones using Teams, SharePoint, GitHub, and video conferences. - Ensure transparent communication with team members, managers, leadership, and sponsors. - Manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities effectively. - Foster an environment focused on attention to detail and organizational skills. - **Note**: This job description is not exhaustive; additional related duties may be assigned by management.

Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan

- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MS Degree - Knowledge in security testing, performance testing, and performance tuning is a plus - Strong passion for excellence in technical, process, product quality, and reliability - Detail-oriented and technology-focused with excellent communication skills - Experience in collaborating with global teams to lead QA initiatives is a plus
