- Participate in drafting and overseeing the implementation of HR management procedures and regulations. - Carry out human resources tasks (signing labor contracts, transfers, appointments, dismissals, rewards, discipline, resignations). - Compile reports on human resource management. - Store and manage employee records; update and manage data on the HR software. - Process and analyze HR data to meet management needs. - Prepare periodic labor utilization reports.
- University degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. - At least 1-2 years of experience in a general HR position. - Knowledge of HR management and labor law regulations. - Proficiency in HR software; ability to process, analyze data, organize, and manage records. - English communication skills and proficiency in office IT tools. - Strong writing and document drafting skills; good communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills. - Excellent problem-solving skills, sharp, meticulous, and highly responsible in work.
