Product Management
Maintain and build relationships with the company's existing customer base Advise on products and services and close quotes based on customer requirements Monitor project progress and support handling risks/issues with relevant parties Regularly measure customer satisfaction and feedback Develop plans to expand the customer network for the company's IT services Plan to advise customers about the company’s products and services Perform other tasks as requested by management
A. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Japanese, or related fields B. Work Experience & Knowledge: Prefer candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience in the offshore/IT sector and cloud-service products or at least 2 years of experience as a PM/BrSE in the Japanese market (those without experience but eager to work and learn in IT sales are also accepted) C. Other Skills & Requirements: Strong communication skills, ability to create documents, and work tactfully with clients Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2, fluent communication
