Coaching engineers in your team to design and implement secure, scalable, and impactful solutions. Delivering code and architecture to our AEM platform, lifting quality, security and delivery speed. Aligning practices across AEM squad and our Next.js squads. Developing a new integration allowing to use our Next.js to present AEM content. Working at a senior level across the programme team, collaborating with architects, engineers, and customer experience experts. Self-organising your own priorities, you will facilitate rapid decision making for the team. Shaping how ANZ delivers on their commitment to providing great customer service through technology.

Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan

Your AEM knowledge should cover version 6.5 and the following aspects: Java 1.8 Dispatcher configurations AEM component development OAK, JCR, Sling AMS AEM Cloud Service (Nice to have) Demonstrable web or application development experience including defining application architecture. Proven experience working with JavaScript and Java 1.8, into an AEM context. Strong understanding of software engineering principles. Ability to demonstrate UI design literacy and a solid understanding of WCAG Accessibility 2.0, Level AA or higher. Experience with backend unit testing and familiarity with testing libraries Experience working in internationally distributed teams. Good ability in English Preferred Qualifications: University or College Required Skills: Java, AEM, WCAG Accessibility, AEM cloud

Keahlian dan pengalaman yang disarakan

Experience in developing scalable batch/workflow processing applications using technologies like Temporal and Apache Airflow. Well understanding of the importance of secure codes, especially in the context of banking and finance. Familiarity with Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and other modern technologies such as Logging and Monitoring. Experience with automation testing (e.g. unit test, integration test and load test) and performance optimization. Experience mentoring junior/mid-level software engineers.
