To be responsible for managing technologies in projects and providing technical guidance or solutions for work completion To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure of risks on the project or closure of escalations To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or review

At HCLTech, a growth mindset is at the heart of our culture, so if you have most of these things in your toolbox, we would love to hear from you!!! • At least 5 years of experience in designing analog circuits • Design experience for high-speed interfaces blocks such as transmit driver, CTLE, DFE, PLL, impedance calibration, etc. • Proven track record for timely delivery of design and validation for such circuits • Hands-on experience in DC-DC converter and other precision analog circuits like operational amplifiers, band-gap references, POR, current limit circuits, LDO regulators, comparators, oscillators, etc. • Understanding of small signal analysis and various frequency compensation techniques and ESD • Experience in verification across PVT, statistical mismatch and mixed signal verification • Hands-on experience working with tools (Virtuoso/Tanner) for schematic/model design and verification • Experience in working closely with the layout engineers to get the optimized IP layout • Experience with silicon validation and debug process • Experience in technology node below 28nm • Be a good team player • Good command of English verbal communication Required Skills: Analog Design VLSI English
• Experience in leading a team • Experience with FinFET • Knowledge of high-speed interfaces protocols such as PCIe, DDR, HBM, JESD204, etc. • Knowledge of MATLAB and SIMPLIS tool • Experience with high-current designs and/or multi-phase operation switching regulators • Experience of design in FF and FDSOI tech Preferred Qualifications: University or College
