1. Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the Human Resource Assistant and RBA GROUP’s recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. Coordinate with other departments to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates. 2. Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the employees’ onboarding processes, including preparation of offer letters, contracts, and other necessary documentation. Organize and facilitate new hire orientation and training sessions. Manage the offboarding process, ensuring all the company’s assets are returned and exit interviews are conducted in a timely manner. 3. Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employees’ inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Support conflict resolution processes and maintain a positive work environment. 4. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist in the preparation and issuance of payroll. Coordinate with the accounting team on payroll-related matters. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other company-sponsored benefits. 5. Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and update company policies as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personal files, and attendance records. Prepare reports related to HR activities and employee data as required. 6. Other HR Duties: Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and meetings. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the Management Team.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or a related role. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
