Understand the strength and weak points of company products/services and team members. 7. Ability to support higher level to manage project/member. 8. Sale projects management skill. 9. Manage client expectations, tight timelines, prioritize and multitask. 10. Proven ability to position, promote and sell products to archive target.
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
1. Graduated from University, major in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, IT or related field. 2. At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales Engineer 3. Having Sales experiences in High-tech and industrial equipment, Project business. 4. Ability to work independently under high pressure. 5. Marketing senses and experience 6. Strong communication skill 7. Leadership: Encourage and cultivate all members, who are competent in strengthening motivation and contribution. 8. Good English Proficiency (written and verbal) 9. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Extensive networking and relationship management experience. Frequent interactions with customers, business partners and regulatory authorities.
