We are looking for a skilled Manual QA to lead our quality assurance efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing manual testing strategies to ensure the seamless operation and superior performance of our web and mobile applications. Your expertise in identifying and documenting bugs, as well as your ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, will be essential in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet our users' needs. Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and functional specifications. - Execute manual test cases to identify software defects and ensure adherence to quality standards. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user stories. - Conduct thorough regression testing to validate software changes and enhancements. - Document and track bugs using issue tracking systems, such as Jira, ensuring accurate and timely resolution. - Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects and usability issues. - Provide clear and concise feedback to developers and other team members on software quality and usability. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing and quality assurance.
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications, preferably in a healthcare or regulated industry. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies. - Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar. - Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Scrum). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. - Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. - Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
