Job Overview And Responsibility

Our business is growing rapidly, and we need skilled Enterprise Sales Managers to acquire and manage new enterprise client relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with multiple key stakeholders (CXOs, Senior Managers, etc.) within the prospect’s organization and managing the prospect experience throughout the sales process designed to close the deals. We will rely on you to partner with our marketing department to conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan. ● Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and needs. ● Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships. ● Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements. ● Represent company profiles in a shaped way to CXOs and key stakeholders. ● Should be able to create contract-winning proposals and communicate terms to stakeholders. ● Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials. ● Evaluate options and resolve internal priorities. ● Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed. ● Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations. ● Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities. ● Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations. ● Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential. ● Enhance organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. ● Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. ● Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.

Required Skills and Experience

● Overall experience of 5-7 years with demonstrated achievement in B2B sales, ecommerce, logistics ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations and IT fluency. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software ● Understanding of the ecommerce industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job ● Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients ● Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. ● Excellent organizational skills, be able to work & coordinate both internal & external stakeholders. ● Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. ● Having “ Can do” attitude ● Fluent English communication
