Education & Tutoring Customer Service
• Interface directly with Marathon’s (i) teachers, (ii) teaching assistants, (iii) students to ensure lessons are delivered on-time, with the best learning experience; • Work directly with our lean-and-mean team to ensure Marathon classes run smoothly and on-schedule; • Ideate and execute initiatives with our teaching assistant teams to ensure Marathon lessons deliver the best academic outcome to students, by creating touch-points before, during, and after classes; • Work with Marathon teachers to craft the best curriculum including lesson plans, course materials, test and assessment materials; • Monitor students’ progress, prepare student report on a regular basis; • Manage any complaints or issues
• A Vietnamese, proficient in both spoken and written Vietnamese; • Prior experience in the Tutoring / Education sector, preferably in one of the leading after-class education institutions (either online or offline is good);
