Job Overview And Responsibility

Project Planning and Execution: - Lead the project planning phase, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements. - Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies, and ensure adherence to the project schedule. - Coordinate and collaborate with the Head of Prime Brokerage, the Product Manager, and cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project execution. - Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery of project objectives. Technical Expertise and Solution Architecture: - Possess a strong technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure, software development processes, and system integration. - Collaborate with technical teams to define the project's technical requirements, solution architecture, and infrastructure needs. - Provide guidance and oversight to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes. - Work closely with the product management team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables. Resource Management: - Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring optimal resource utilization. - Collaborate with department managers to allocate resources effectively and address any resource constraints or conflicts. - Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support professional development to ensure a high-performing project team. Stakeholder Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors. - Effectively communicate project updates, timelines, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular status updates, and manage expectations. Quality Assurance and Risk Management: - Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of a robust and reliable Prime Brokerage platform. - Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project timelines, scope, or quality. - Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Project Manager, successfully managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion. - Strong technical background with experience in software development, system integration, and infrastructure management. - Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices - Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage resources, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - In-depth knowledge of crypto trading platforms, digital assets, and the overall crypto market landscape. - Familiarity with the Financial Information eXchange (FIX) protocol and its application in financial markets, including the crypto market. - Understanding of crypto fund management practices, including custody, asset allocation, risk management, and compliance. - Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required. The candidate should be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members in both languages. - The ability to translate technical and financial concepts accurately and clearly between English and Mandarin is essential.
