- Welcome guests and do check-in, check out, cashier, ask the customer to fill out the questionnaire - Answer the hotline, receive information from the client, support and record for the daily customer amount, report by the end of the day - Receive feedback and resolve trouble relate to customers - Instruct customer to use the health check service - Settlement with the accounting dept at the end of each workday
- At least 1 year of experience in the position of Customer Care, Receptionist, Coordinator, … - Fluent in English - Good communication skills, work organization skills, good time management - Positive attitude and willingness to accept newly assigned tasks - Flexibility, ability to withstand high pressure
