Job Overview And Responsibility

Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support Person to join our dynamic Crypto Prime Brokerage team. This role is based in Hong Kong and primarily focuses on providing operational support to our trading operations, prime brokerage services, and ensuring efficient trade execution and smooth client onboarding, operations and issue resolution. Responsibilities Trade Execution Support: - Assist in the execution of crypto trades, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Monitor trade flow and resolve any trade-related issues or discrepancies. - Collaborate with trading teams to facilitate smooth trade execution. - Implement and maintain processes for trade reconciliation and settlement. Prime Brokerage Services: - Work closely with prime brokerage clients, providing exceptional support and addressing their inquiries and concerns. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of prime brokerage services. - Assist in the onboarding process for new prime brokerage clients, including account setup and configuration. FIX Protocol: - Possess a comprehensive understanding of the FIX protocol and its implementation in crypto trading. - Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any FIX-related issues. Participate in system enhancements and upgrades related to the FIX protocol. Trade Reconciliation: - Conduct regular trade reconciliation activities to ensure accurate and timely matching of trades. - Investigate and resolve any trade discrepancies or exceptions. - Collaborate with various teams, including front office, middle office, and settlements, to ensure proper trade reconciliation. Client Support and Post-Trade Analytics: - Work closely with the Head of Operations to provide outstanding client support. - Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. - Assist in generating post-trade analytics reports for clients, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in operations support within the crypto trading or financial industry. - Strong understanding of the crypto exchange landscape, including platforms, order types, and market dynamics. - Knowledge of the FIX protocol and its application in trading systems. - Familiarity with prime brokerage services and trade reconciliation processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for trade execution and reconciliation. - Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required as this role involves collaborating with Chinese trading teams.
