Job Overview And Responsibility

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Webflow expert developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess an eye for clean, responsive design and be adept at transforming visions into reality. You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our next-generation websites and web tools. Your work will focus on building aesthetically appealing and in brand sites that enhance the user experience and have user-centered design. - Efficiently convert Figma designs into fully functional Webflow pages. - Design and implement a variety of Webflow-based webpages, including homepages and landing pages. - Demonstrate perfect knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and their applications. - Ensure all implementations adhere to web standards, accessibility, and usability best practices. - Manage end-to-end website implementation, ensuring a cohesive and functional overall experience. - Create and optimize landing pages, employing best practices to maximize effectiveness. - Collaborate closely with the media team and CCO to ensure project goals are met and expectations exceeded.

Required Skills and Experience

- Proven experience (at least 4 years of professional relevant experience) in Webflow development, showcasing a portfolio of pixel-perfect, design-oriented web pages. - Strong capability in creating responsive sites solely from initial designs. - Proficiency in building dynamic visuals and responsive design pages using Webflow CMS, along with basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge. - Deep experience with Webflow setup, design, and integrations. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues. - Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with team members and clients. - Fluent English communication skills
