Job Overview And Responsibility

● Phát triển kế hoạch kinh doanh cho nhóm sản phẩm ● Lập kế hoạch kinh doanh định kì cho cụm chi nhánh, phân bổ chỉ tiêu, điều phối nguồn lực phòng kinh doanh thuộc cụm chi nhánh triển khai các mục tiêu kinh doanh. ● Giám sát và thúc đẩy hoạt động kinh doanh của cụm chi nhánh. ● Phối hợp với Marketing triển khai các chiến lược phát triển kinh doanh ● Phối hợp với HR xây dựng và phát triển đội ngũ kinh doanh. ● Tổng hợp, báo cáo đánh giá kết quả kinh doanh của cụm

Required Skills and Experience

● Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm với thành tích xuất sắc trong quản lý ● Kỹ năng lên kế hoạch, tổ chức, sắp xếp và triển khai hoạt động kinh doanh chi tiết ● Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và phát triển tổ chức ● Kỹ năng viết và giao tiếp xuất sắc ● Hiểu giáo dục cá nhân hoá và mong muốn phát triển hệ thống giáo dục cá nhân hoá trong lĩnh vực đào tạo tiếng Anh
