Job Overview And Responsibility

- To receive and input Import Docs from POL into KA6 and personal import file, check and advise if any mismatch - To cross check discharge list received from OPS against Docs received from POL - To assign declaration right for customers (if any) - To send Arrival Notice and Debit Note, Delay Notice (if any) to customers - To check Telex Release in system and payment report from Accts before releasing D/O to customers - To release D/O to customers as per D/O release procedure - To co-operate with Logs team to check and finalise DEM/DET/STO/Repair charge to be collected from customers as per Deposit refund procedure - To check and handle any other Docs related requests from customers (e.g. request to issue invoice in advance (DEM/DET/STO), check ETA at dest, manifest amendment) - To receive and input Import Docs from POL into KA6 and personal import file, check and advise if there are any mismatch - To upload import manifest data (BOTH FULL & DG) into VN Customs website (VNSW) - To complete discharge list with full info and send to Partners/OPS team/Logs team before deadline - To send Transit Manifest for 3rd party for assisting in handling cargo transshipment - To follow up cargo transshipments until they are successfully loaded onto the export vessel - To send request to issue Invoice for cargo transshipment service cost to the 3rd parties and report this cost to Principle. - To create payment request and send to Accounting Dept for every cargo transshipment - To complete Monthly Inbound Report
