Position Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with a strong background in Business Analysis (BA) within the software outsourcing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to transition into a sales-oriented role while leveraging their technical and analytical skills. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends in software development and IT outsourcing. - Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored solutions using InApps' service offerings. - Leverage technical knowledge from your experience as a BA to explain our technology stack and how it can meet client needs. - Prepare proposals and presentations that align with client requirements and demonstrate the value of our solutions. - Collaborate with internal teams such as project managers, developers, and UX/UI designers to ensure seamless communication and delivery of solutions. - Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and identifying opportunities for future projects. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth by converting leads into long-term partnerships.
