Job Overview And Responsibility
We’re seeking an experienced backend engineer with full-stack capabilities to join our development team. This role primarily focuses on backend systems (80%) and frontend development (20%) - Design, develop, and optimize backend systems and services - Architect and maintain database solutions that meet performance and reliability requirements - Implement efficient network communications and API endpoints - Collaborate with frontend developers, ensuring seamless integration between systems - Apply CS fundamentals to solve complex technical challenges - Contribute to technical decision-making and architectural discussions - Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices
Required Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend systems with extensive experience in at least one of these server-side frameworks: Python, Java, Golang - Strong experience in system designing and software architecture - Good understanding and experience in software performance optimization is a must have - Strong Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, system design, and software architecture - Database expertise: deep understanding of database systems, schema design, query optimization, and data modeling - Networking knowledge: solid understanding of network protocols, API design, and secure communication - Full-stack awareness: familiarity with modern web architecture and frontend technologies (React, JavaScript, TypeScript), and how components interact across the stack - Proven ability to design and build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality systems - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Good English communication skills, able to discuss technical topics and collaborate effectively with international teams
