Job Overview And Responsibility
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA FICO ✓ Design, configure, and test SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements in the areas ✓ Configure and implement SAP Finance (FICO) modules based on business requirements. ✓ Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into system solutions. - Collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment between SAP FICO processes and business goals. ✓ Conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, and interact with ABAP developers for custom enhancements. ntegration: ✓ Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and PM modules and other SAP modules. ✓ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP systems with other enterprise applications. ✓ End-User Training: ✓ Provide end-user training and support for SAP FICO. ✓ Create training materials and documentation. ✓ Custom Development: ✓ Develop and implement custom solutions within SAP FICO and HR modules as needed. ✓ Conduct testing to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
✓ Bachelor’s/master’s degree in technology, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. ✓ Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICO. ✓ Experience in ABAP development ✓ Strong understanding of business processes in project accounting, controlling, and results analysis. ✓ Experience with S/4HANA ✓ Experience with S/4HANA migration projects. ✓ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ✓ Experience working with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
