Job Overview And Responsibility
- Overall financial leadership of the three business lines (ARS, General Insurance, AFP) - Investment management and capital optimization - Regulatory compliance with the Insurance and Pension Superintendence (SISPEN) - Financial risk management and solvency - Financial and budgetary strategic planning - Consolidated financial reporting of the group - Leadership of the group s digital transformation - Architecture and modernization of insurance and pension core systems - Cybersecurity and member data protection - Implementation of data analytics solutions - Technology infrastructure and cloud computing - System integration across the three business lines - Technological innovation and evaluation of new technologies (AI, automation)
Required Skills and Experience
- Spanish speaking fluently - Chartered Accountant (CA) or international equivalent (CPA, ACCA) - Possess one of FINRA Certifications: Series 24, 7, 6, SIE, 66 - Minimum 15-20 years of experience in corporate finance - Minimum 5 years in financial leadership positions in insurance or financial services - Proven experience in investment management and US regulations - Experience managing companies with multiple business lines - Minimum 15 years of experience in information technology - Minimum 5 years in technology leadership positions in insurance, finance, or financial services - Proven experience in digital transformation and system modernization - Experience in cybersecurity and data protection compliance - Experience in Data Analytics and risk analysis - Knowledge of multi-cloud architectures and modern infrastructure solutions
