Job Overview And Responsibility
- Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse teams regarding inventory, shipments, delivery status, and operational issues. - Operate and manage online stores on Shopee and TikTok Shop - Register and update product listings, pricing, and promotions - Create and localize product detail pages using provided content and materials - Participate in platform campaigns, vouchers, and promotion programs - Handle daily order operations and basic customer support - Prepare basic reports on sales performance and key KPIs
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 1 year of experience operating Shopee or TikTok Shop, preferably with hands-on experience in e-commerce operations. - Strong interest in beauty, care, and baby products - Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude - Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales operations - Able to communicate fluently and confidently in English
