Job Overview And Responsibility

- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), and TikTok Ads. You’ll own the full lifecycle — from audience research and creative briefing to budget allocation and performance reporting. - Budget & Performance Management: Manage monthly ad spend efficiently, with a relentless focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV. You’ll be accountable for hitting revenue targets while scaling spend profitably. - Audience & Funnel Development: Build and refine audience segments — parents, educators, gift-buyers — using first-party data, lookalikes, interest-based targeting, and retargeting strategies across platforms. Design full-funnel journeys from awareness to purchase. - Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to develop ad concepts, copy, and visuals tailored to each platform. You understand what stops a thumb on TikTok versus what converts on Google Shopping — and you brief accordingly. - Testing & Optimization: Run rigorous A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and landing pages. You have a structured experimentation framework and document learnings. - Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and action items. You’re comfortable in Google Analytics (GA4), platform-native analytics, and attribution tools. - Market & Trend Awareness: Stay current on U.S. consumer behavior in the children’s/parenting space, platform algorithm changes, privacy regulations (iOS updates, cookie deprecation), and emerging ad formats.

Required Skills and Experience

- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok - Proven track record managing $20K+/month ad budgets with documented ROAS results - Deep expertise in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube), and TikTok Ads Manager - Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, pixel/conversion tracking, and attribution modeling - Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and at least one third-party analytics or attribution tool (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros) - Data-driven mindset — comfortable pulling reports, analyzing trends, and making budget decisions based on numbers, not gut feeling - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for crafting ad copy and collaborating with U.S.-based teams - Experience running campaigns targeting the U.S. market is a strong plus - Experience in children’s products, publishing, education, or parenting-focused brands is a strong plus - Experience with POD, Dropshipping, E-commerce Global - Must have experience with Tiktok Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads (or experience with (1) & (2) with willingness to be trained)
