Job Overview And Responsibility
- Product Planning & Design: Responsible for planning and functional design of on-chain trading products (Swap business line), defining the product roadmap and iteration plans. - Requirements Analysis & Management: Deeply analyze market needs, user behavior, and the competitive landscape; identify user pain points and translate them into concrete product requirements. - Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, design, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and drive high-quality product launches. - Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor Web3 industry and DeFi market trends, regularly analyze competitor developments, and provide data support for product optimization. - User Experience Optimization: Enhance trading experience and performance, optimize trading routes, reduce gas fees, and improve transaction success rates. - Compliance & Security Management: Work with legal and security teams to ensure product compliance and safeguard the security of smart contracts and on-chain interactions. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Continuously optimize the product based on data analysis and user feedback to boost user activity and trading volume.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, 3+ years of relevant experience in internet or blockchain product management; product design experience in Swap or trading platforms is preferred. - Fluent in Mandarin - Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, and DEX, and familiarity with AMM, limit orders, liquidity pools, and related mechanisms. - Data Analysis Skills: Proficient with common data analysis tools and methods, with a data-driven approach to product decision-making. - Communication & Project Management: Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-team collaboration skills, able to efficiently drive project execution. - Innovation & Learning: Strong interest and learning ability in the Web3 field, with attention to the latest industry trends and technology; able to deeply study and use relevant products and optimize the user experience from a user perspective.
