Finance / Accounting Business Administration Administrative task Assistant
- Keep daily records in order: collect, check and file all invoices, vouchers, receipts and payment slips so the books are always current. - Handle purchases from individual collectors: prepare and maintain the 02/TNDN purchase list (for material bought without VAT invoices), and keep each file complete — contract, ID, weighing/processing record, payment proof. - PIT on behalf of individual sellers: calculate, withhold and record the PIT due on each seller s payments under the contracts. - Track payments and basic receivables/payables; reconcile bank transfers against purchase records. - Maintain simple inventory records for incoming material, coordinating with the warehouse. - Keep contract and document files organised and consistent (purchasing, regulatory, internal). - Hand over clean, organised records to the direct manager for further declarations, VAT returns.
- Accounting diploma/degree or equivalent experience; 1–3 years in a similar role. - Comfortable with the 02/TNDN mechanism and basic PIT withholding. - Good with Excel, e-invoice and accounting software; organised and reliable. - Working English mandatory (foreign director).
