- Drive individual assigned sales budget based on accounts planning and expectation for growth. - Drive sales campaign towards assigned customer segmentation and sales territory. - Execute sales process to generate business in line with sales planning - Conduct joint-visits with Product, Trade Lane Development, Pricing, Team member to support customer retention; business acquisition or specific sales & marketing campaign. - Work collaboratively with respective departments and stakeholders to assure the successful business implementation process. - Support the adherence to SOP and conflict resolution within sales account ownership. - Conduct related market survey and giving insights when required. - Maintain data quality in HWL’s system
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Global freight forwarding company - Business development: able to successfully set up & drive business plan (planning, organizing, goal setting, execution) - Relationship management: able to manage cross-functional interfaces (operations; pricing; products; finance; management, etc.) - Effective communication: able to communicate effectively inside and outside of the organization and across cultural lines - Leadership: to lead by example, lead stakeholders and lead the business - In-depth knowledge: about global trade, supply chain models, logistics & transportation. - Personality Traits: Caring, Entrepreneurial, Forward-thinking, Reliable, Relationship matters
