Job Overview And Responsibility
- Sourcing from current and potential suppliers whenever there's inquiry or needed. - Maintain supplier master data and supply chain related progress update. - Prepare and conduct QBR basic data: review criteria and scorecard, then actions follow-up. - Be the coordinator of the flow of goods and services from origin to destination, which involves managing inventory, forecasting demand, and optimizing logistics and transportation. - Developing relationships with suppliers, and negotiating contracts.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain operations or in areas such as inventory management, procurement, logistics, demand forecasting, and contract management is preferred. - Familiar with sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiation. - A detail-oriented approach to analyze data and presenting reports. - Good communication in Chinese - English Proficiency: TOEIC score of 700+ or equivalent - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, proficiency with supply chain software (like ERP systems) - Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Global Logistics, or related fields.
