Job Overview And Responsibility

- Thiết kế nội dung các chương trình đào tạo người dùng và affiliates về thị trường tài sản mã hoá. - Trực tiếp đào tạo online/offline cho affiliate trái ngành (chứng khoán, bất động sản, bảo hiểm…). - Đo lường hiệu quả đào tạo, tinh chỉnh nội dung phù hợp với từng nhóm học viên. - Nghiên cứu, cập nhật kiến thức thị trường và ứng dụng vào chương trình đào tạo. - Phối hợp cùng BD/Marketing để kết nối đào tạo với chiến lược phát triển affiliate. - Nghiên cứu và sản xuất các tài liệu đào tạo (video, bài viết, tài liệu học tập, báo cáo…).

Required Skills and Experience

- Tối thiếu 3 năm kinh nghiệm sales trong mảng chứng khoán hoặc bất động sản - vị trí từ trưởng phòng trở lên, đã quản lý và đào tạo đội nhóm - Hiểu biết về kinh tế vĩ mô, dòng tiền và các sản phẩm đầu tư truyền thống; có khả năng so sánh, diễn giải cho người mới. - Kỹ năng thuyết trình, truyền đạt tốt, có khả năng tạo động lực cho học viên. - Tối thiểu 27 tuổi
