Job Overview And Responsibility

• Phát triển và mở rộng thị phần kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực nông sản (nấm, trứng gà, thịt gà, trái cây, rau củ quả). •Tham gia tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng mới ở các kênh GT/MT và phân phối B2B. • Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện các hoạt động bán hàng nhằm đạt chỉ tiêu doanh số. • Chăm sóc, duy trì mối quan hệ với khách hàng hiện tại và xử lý các yêu cầu phát sinh. • Thường xuyên di chuyển đến các khu vực tỉnh và lân cận TP.HCM như Củ Chi, Bình Dương, Vũng Tàu… để mở rộng thị trường. • Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan trong việc đảm bảo quy trình bán hàng và giao hàng.

Required Skills and Experience

• Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương tự • Có kinh nghiệm phát triển thị trường, kinh nghiệm sales cứng • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và thuyết phục tốt. • Chủ động, chịu khó, sẵn sàng di chuyển công tác thường xuyên ở tỉnh
