Job Overview And Responsibility

- Tổ chức và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động phòng kế toán - Xây dựng và duy trì hệ thống kiểm soát tài chính nội bộ, đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật - Lập kế hoạch tài chính, dự toán ngân sách và quản lý dòng tiền - Giám sát hạch toán, lập báo cáo tài chính định kỳ và quyết toán cuối năm - Phụ trách kê khai thuế (GTGT, TNDN, TNCN) và quyết toán thuế với cơ quan nhà nước - Kiểm soát chi phí, giá vốn hàng bán, công nợ, hàng tồn kho và tài sản cố định - Phân tích tài chính, đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu chi phí và cải thiện lợi nhuận - Đào tạo và quản lý đội ngũ kế toán viên - Làm việc với kiểm toán độc lập, ngân hàng và các đối tác tài chính

Required Skills and Experience

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Kiểm toán, Tài chính hoặc tương đương - Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm kế toán, trong đó ít nhất 2 năm ở vị trí Kế Toán Trưởng hoặc quản lý kế toán - Có chứng chỉ kế toán trưởng - Có kinh nghiệm thực tế xử lý thuế doanh nghiệp: kê khai, quyết toán và làm việc trực tiếp với cơ quan thuế - Nắm vững chuẩn mực kế toán Việt Nam (VAS) và các quy định tài chính – thuế hiện hành - Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, tổ chức và đào tạo đội ngũ - Trung thực, cẩn trọng, tư duy phân tích tốt
