Job Overview And Responsibility

The Head / Deputy Head of Marketing is responsible for defining and leading LIFE AI’s overall marketing and communications strategy, directly supporting the expansion of key ecosystem subnets, including: - Market: Marketing and communication for products and services on LIFE Market - Partner: Strategic partner communications across healthcare, biotech, research institutions, and enterprises - Campaign: Phase-based and goal-driven marketing campaigns aligned with product launches and ecosystem priorities This is a senior leadership position that requires strategic thinking, strong team leadership, and a deep understanding of the healthcare and technology landscape. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Ecosystem Marketing & Communications Strategy • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for LIFE AI across different stages of growth. • Design tailored communication strategies for each ecosystem subnet: • Market: Healthcare and technology products, services, and solutions • Partner: Research institutions, healthcare providers, biotech companies, and enterprises • Campaign: Brand- and business-driven campaigns aligned with strategic objectives • Ensure all messaging is consistent, credible, and compliant with the standards of healthcare and scientific communication. - Marketing Execution & Operations Leadership • Plan marketing initiatives, allocate resources, and oversee end-to-end execution. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including: • Business Development / B2B / Partnerships • Product and Research • Internal and External Communications • Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and measurable effectiveness across all marketing activities and subnets. - Content & Brand Management • Set strategic direction for content that is scientific, transparent, and insight-driven. • Review and ensure quality control for content related to healthcare, research, products, and partnerships. • Build and maintain a professional, credible, and trustworthy LIFE AI brand. - Leadership & Team Development • Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing team. • Establish marketing processes aligned with a multi-subnet ecosystem model. • Collaborate with the Management Team on strategic decisions related to branding and communications.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Brand, or Growth roles. - Experience as Head of Marketing, Deputy Head, or Senior Marketing Manager in start-up environment. ( especially in technology, AI, digital platforms, or product ecosystems) - Priority will be given to candidates with experience in: • Healthcare, biotech, or medtech - Core Capabilities • Strategic and systems thinking, with the ability to design marketing strategies for multi-product and multi-partner ecosystems. • Strong expertise in branding, integrated communications, and campaign management. • Proven ability to work with highly technical and specialized content (healthcare, research, technology). • Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Skills & Attributes • Clear, professional communication and strong logical thinking. • Proactive, accountable, and resilient in fast-scaling environments. • Strong English proficiency (near native level) for working with international partners and technical materials.
