Job Overview And Responsibility

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Master Data Executive to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of material master data across our systems, enabling smooth business operations and informed decision-making. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end Material Master Data lifecycle (creation, updates, and maintenance) in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through regular audits and data cleansing activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Production, and Supply Chain, to gather and validate material data requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies promptly. Generate and analyse reports to support business processes and decision-making. Drive data cleansing, readiness, and validation activities. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs). Train and support end-users on data management best practices and system usage. Support communication, stakeholder engagement, and training initiatives. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data management.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience of at least 5 years in material master data management within a manufacturing or supply chain environment. - Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP or Oracle preferred. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across all organizational levels. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
