Job Overview And Responsibility
Picky Pickers is a young and passionate startup introducing carefully curated Korean Health & Beauty brands to Vietnam. We manage brand onboarding, marketing, influencer partnerships, content operations, customs clearance, and local logistics. Our mission is to deliver authentic Korean brand stories to Vietnamese consumers with creativity and cultural insight. As an early-stage startup, you will join as one of our foundation members, shaping content direction, influencer strategy, and brand growth. You will work directly with Korean HQ teams and grow across beauty, care, and baby categories. 1. Social Media Content Support • Assist in planning and organizing content for platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Shopee • Help prepare monthly content schedules • Support the creation of simple product videos or posts using available materials • Monitor engagement and suggest improvements 2. Partner Collaboration Support • Coordinate with external partners who produce online content • Prepare and share basic content guidelines and materials • Follow up on deliverables and ensure timelines are met • Collect usable content from partners for reuse on brand channels 3. Online Activity & Campaign Support • Assist in preparing online activities such as mini events, product highlights, or simple brand activations • Coordinate sample preparation and logistics for online activities • Help track campaign performance and summarize key results 4. Basic Performance Tracking • Monitor simple metrics such as views, engagement, and reach • Compile weekly or monthly reports using templates • Support the team with data organization and documentation
Required Skills and Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in digital content, social media, or online brand support • Familiar with TikTok and Facebook usage • Ability to organize tasks and follow schedules • Good communication skills and willingness to coordinate with external partners • Interest in beauty, skincare, or baby-care products is an advantage • Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive at work • Able to interpret simple performance data (views, engagement, conversions) • Proficiency in English to work with CEO and HQ
