Job Overview And Responsibility

- Serve as a trusted HR advisor and point of contact for assigned business units or employee groups. - Partner with managers to understand their team dynamics and business goals, providing guidance on people-related matters. - Support performance management processes, talent development, and employee relations issues. - Assist in the administration and communication of compensation programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and increments. - Support compensation benchmarking and data analysis. - Help manage benefits enrollment, inquiries, and annual renewal processes. - Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and help implement action plans. - Support in organizing employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives. - Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience. - Coordinate pre-joining formalities, prepare onboarding schedules, and conduct orientation sessions. - Facilitate introductions, ensure necessary tools and access are provided, and act as a primary contact for new employees during their initial period. - Provide operational support for the recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, initial candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. - Handle other general HR administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Good proficiency in English is required, with verbal (listening/speaking) and written (reading/writing) communication skills. - Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Why Candidate should apply this position

- Salary range: 15,000 - 20,000 RMB per month, negotiate based on candidate background and interview results - Working time: 10:00 - 12:00 am, 13:30 - 7:00 pm (China Time).

Preferred skills and experiences

- Foreign university degree is preferred. - Experience in Sales and operations is a plus.

- 2 rounds of interviews. - 1st round: HR. - 2nd round: Director of HR + Head of Operations (HOO) in China. - Conducted online.
