- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our EdTech Kids products - Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize your strong background in data analysis to collect, analyze, and interpret user data, user behavior, and market trends to drive data-informed product decisions - User-Centered Design: Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that our products meet the educational needs and preferences of our young learners and their parents. Leverage your UX expertise to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces - User Research: Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain a deep understanding of user needs and pain points, and use these insights to inform product design and improvements - Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on product features and enhancements, collaborating closely with UX designers when necessary - Feature Prioritization: Prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights, user feedback, and business goals, while also considering usability and user experience improvements - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development, design, content, and marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap, with a strong focus on maintaining a seamless and enjoyable user experience - Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement, and work with the UX team to implement changes based on test results - Accessibility: Ensure that our EdTech products adhere to accessibility standards, making them inclusive and usable for all learners, including those with disabilities - Agile Development: Work within an agile development framework, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iteration reviews, with a continuous focus on enhancing the user experience - Product Launch: Lead the successful launch of new product features and updates, including coordinating marketing efforts and monitoring performance post-launch, with an emphasis on ensuring a smooth user experience during and after the launch - Feedback Loop: Establish and maintain a feedback loop with users, incorporating their insights into product improvements, particularly those related to usability and user experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role in B2C software product context - Expertise in product user research methodologies and tools - Proven track record in developing and implementing growth hacking strategies in a digital product context - Strong background in data analysis and proficiency with data analysis tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) - Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for education and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the EdTech industry
