About this role : China Performance Marketing Manager, will be responsible for managing our marketing campaigns on Baidu Ads, RED Ads, WeChat Ads, Douyin Ads to drive our paid user acquisition in China by fully leveraging the platforms capabilities. Work closely with branding, content, design and product team to implement all operational tasks and initiatives on these platforms. - Responsible for paid user acquisition strategy, execution, testing, and deployment. - Running targeted marketing campaigns, optimizing leads quality and conversion funnels. - Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, and beyond. - Collaborating with different stakeholders across product development, partnership, sales, and operations. - Drive growth marketing experiments and initiatives to validate and scale effective strategies. - Analyze and interpret growth marketing metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - Translate growth insights into actionable recommendations to drive business growth. - Maintain the campaigns and assist in the integration of additional platforms into our acquisition plan. - Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and report campaign performance. - Define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance. - Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously. - Manage marketing efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards. - Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to conversion rates.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing Digital Marketing campaigns (4+ years of experience) on Baidu Ads, RED Ads, WeChat Ads, Douyin Ads - Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong working knowledge of advertising platforms in China.
