Digital Marketing Project Management
- The Social Media Manager (SMM) is responsible for leading the planning and execution of social media strategies across owned channels, ensuring brand consistency, creativity, and business alignment for Clients. - This position manages a team of social media specialists, including Senior Social Media Executives and collaborates with the Creative, Account, PR, Media, and sister agencies within the Groupe. - As the key lead of the SMC (Social Media Channels) workstream, the SMM oversees day-to-day execution while serving as a strategic liaison for both internal teams and Clients, driving performance, innovation, and team growth. - Lead and mentor the social media team to ensure efficient execution, creative excellence, and team development. - Lead the team in developing and managing content calendars aligned with brand strategy and campaign timelines. - Oversee day-to-day content publishing across owned channels, ensuring accurate scheduling, timely delivery, and brand consistency in tone, message, and visuals. - Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling, on-brand content (static, video, reels, stories, etc.). - Monitor performance and community engagement; manage responses, escalations, and opportunities to interact meaningfully. - Track KPIs (reach, engagement, share of voice, sentiment, etc.) and deliver reports with insights and actionable optimization plans. - Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging across channels.
- 4+ years of experience managing brand social media channels - Proven experience in developing and mentoring team members. - Strong understanding of social platforms, audience behavior, and content formats. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.). - Data-driven mindset with strong planning and organizational abilities. - Positive, agile, and collaborative spirit.
