Affiliate Marketing
1.Affiliate Recruitment & Network Expansion: Actively source and recruit affiliate partners (MCNs / Top KOCs or communities / publishers) to join the affiliate network. 2.Deal Negotiation & Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates/MCNs/KOCs to drive long-term success. - Negotiate deals with affiliates based on campaign briefs, which can be KOL Livestream / Shopee Video / Communities / Publishers, ensuring optimal terms to achieve KPIs with optimal investment. 3.Campaigns and New Initiatives Planning with Strong Performance Optimization: - Work closely with the brand & BU team to plan the strategy and execute campaigns / affiliate activities that meet business goals. - Monitor and optimize affiliate performance, adjusting campaigns and deals to improve results. 4.Market Understanding & Strategy Development: Define actionable insights of MCNs / KOC and develop strategies to continuously expand and improve the quality and the quantity of the affiliate pool. 5.Reporting: Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance / affiliate performance, highlighting areas for improvement. 6.Administrative Operation: Take the responsibility in the contract process between other internal stakeholders and external partners MCN / Top KOC. Key Deliverables: - Successful recruitment and onboarding of affiliates aligned with campaign goals. - Strong affiliate relationships and high retention rates. - Well-negotiated deals that lead to the achievement of brand KPIs. - Continuous growth and optimization of the affiliate network. - Regular performance improvements in key metrics like GMV, conversions, and ROI. Clear alignment with stakeholders on campaign objectives and strategies. Timely, insightful performance reports and recommendations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in affiliate marketing, outreach, or a similar role, with experience in KOC or influencer marketing. - Skills: Strong negotiation skills, relationship management, campaign planning, and analytical abilities to assess performance metrics.
