Client Relations Communications Customer Care Sale
- Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Identify high-potential leads within the cosmetics and beauty market. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and recommend products that perfectly match their desires. - Presales Support: In collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, provide in-depth information about our product catalog, including price lists, sales policies, promotional programs, and seasonal campaigns. - Lead Contact Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients through various channels such as Phone, WhatsApp, Social Media, and Email, ensuring prompt and professional interactions. - Customer 1st Order Success: Coordinate with the sales and SC Team to ensure new customers experience a seamless onboarding process. Address any concerns and gather feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction. - Sales documentation: Manage and maintain accurate customer records and sales databases. - Prepare and process sales orders: Ensure accuracy in pricing, discounts, promotions, product quantities, and total amount. - Order processing: Provide order status updates, information on our services, and support during the order processing to ensure customer satisfaction. - Payment follow-up: Follow up with customers to collect payments before processing orders and releasing shipments. - Customer Care: Collaborate with customer carriers/forwarders to facilitate order release. Promptly and professionally address customer complaints and issues, escalating complex concerns to the relevant team members. - After-sales service: Support customers with claims (if any).
- Good in English. - Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM software) - Highly adaptable to changing environments. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills and maintain accuracy under pressure. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage diverse clients and collaborate seamlessly across departments. - At least 3 experience years in sales, customer service; ideally within the cosmetics and beauty industry.
