Job Overview And Responsibility

Responsibilities 1. Top KOC Recruitment & Onboarding Support: - Active recruit new KOCs or assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new MCNs, ensuring all necessary information and resources are provided. - Support in conducting introductory meetings and follow-up communications to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. 2. Affiliate Relationship Management: - Maintain regular contact with affiliates, addressing their queries and providing necessary support to maximize Unilever visibility in their activities and content. - Help in resolving affiliate issues, ensuring their needs are met and they remain engaged and motivated. 3. Campaign Execution & Coordination: - Assist in coordinating the execution of affiliate campaigns, including the delivery of brand products and ensuring timely communication. - Support the Senior Outreach team in implementing campaign strategies and tactics effectively. - Prepare and deliver performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 4. Administrative & Operational Efficiency: - Handle administrative tasks such as updating records, managing databases, handling monthly liquidations. - Assist in proceeding contracts with partners MCN / Top KOC by collaborating with other internal teams. - Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation as required. Key Deliverables - Strong and productive relationships with existing affiliates partner / KOC. - Smooth coordination and support of affiliate campaigns. - Timely and accurate performance tracking and reporting. - Efficient management of administrative and operational tasks - Effective support in onboarding and recruiting new affiliate partner / KOC. - Contribution to network expansion through research and identification of new affiliates.

Required Skills and Experience

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. - Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report on performance. - Proficiency in using marketing and affiliate platforms.
