Job Overview And Responsibility
- Provide technical consultation and solution development related to coating additives (with a primary focus on defoamers), delivering professional recommendations on product selection, application, and production process optimization to precisely address client needs. ↳ 负责涂料助剂（核心为消泡剂）相关技术咨询与方案输出，精准对接客户需求，提供专业的产品选型、应用/生产工艺优化建议； - Identify clients technical pain points in the defoaming stage of coating production, develop targeted solutions based on our product portfolio, and drive pilot implementation and validation. ↳ 了解客户在涂料生产过程中关于消泡环节的技术痛点，结合自身产品经验，制定针对性的解决方案并推动落地验证； - Support the technical transfer and production scale-up of our in-house defoamers to achieve performance parity with major international brands. ↳ 帮助我司在一些国际主流品牌消泡剂实现对标品的技术落地和生产 - Monitor industry trends in coating additives, collect competitive intelligence, and provide actionable insights to support product iteration and technology upgrading. ↳ 跟踪行业内涂料助剂技术发展趋势，收集竞品信息，为公司产品迭代与技术升级提供决策依据；
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Materials, or other related disciplines. ↳ 本科及以上学历，化学化工或高分子材料等大化类专业； - Minimum 5 years of R&D experience in defoamers, with proven formulation capabilities to develop coating additives that match the performance of leading international products. ↳ 五年及以上消泡剂研发经验，懂配方，能做出对标国际大公司涂料助剂的产品；

Preferred skills and experiences
