Job Overview And Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily operations for import, export shipment, ensuring efficiency in freight handling, logistics coordination, and service delivery. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of logistics processes, including air, ocean, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution. - Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements to meet service quality and client satisfaction standards. - Implement and maintain compliance with international logistics standards, regulations, and company policies. - Identify operational risks and develop solutions to mitigate disruptions. - Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, warehousing, and international freight operations. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. - Proficiency in English and Vietnamese. - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with a proven track record in managing teams and processes.

Preferred skills and experiences
