Job Overview And Responsibility

MAJOR FUNCTION - Plan and develop the marketing, communication campaigns for comic, kid animation and anime products to a suitable audience across digital platforms - Plan & brand strategy for assigned brands, products, and digital video channels - Focus on anime knowledge, passion and enthusiasm - Lead and apply knowledge at AI applications for distribution content, and build content KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Technical skills: - Develop, implement and manage the marketing & brand strategy for assigned brands, products, and digital video channels (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Application, TikTok, etc.) - Analyze current digital market information and prepare marketing reports. - The position covers the full integrated marketing mix: new product development, strategic planning, market research & analysis, trade activation, PR, media and social community - Analyze and monitor competitors and actively propose opportunities for growth based on market situation, customer trend and competitor strategy - Monitor and manage internal & external third parties on execution of branding activities - Communicate brand and video channels activities to other relevant departments in an effective manner (Corporate PR and Marketing, Integrated Digital Marketing Services, Production, Data and Licensing) and partners to deliver creative and effective activities that drive top-of-mind, viewership and engagement with our target content - Regular monitor of the digital marketing campaign results, social media, market trend, and be able to advise the improvements. - Integrate analysis report after completing the campaign & development direction for the next campaign. - Measures the effectiveness of communication channels and strategies and makes appropriate adjustments. - Manage and support staff efficiently to carry out their tasks, KPI - Actively learn new tactics/ strategy to apply for marketing activities - Support Manager to monitor the team, guide new members and ensure best practices are carried out whole team - Regular monitor of the digital marketing campaign results, social media, market trend, be able to advise the improvements. - Manage budget allocation and track actual spending with each staff - Other duties requested by Manager relating to department and role

Required Skills and Experience

- Graduated from university/college - At least 3 years experience as related position with 1 year experience in Lead role - Experience in building audiences for online channels (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) - Focus on anime knowledge, passion and enthusiasm - Demonstrate some AI applications understanding - Strong YouTube - Passionate and knowledgeable about genres and artists - Good understanding of the social media landscape in Vietnam. - Analytical, data driven thinker who seeks innovative solutions. - Creative, proactive, consultative, resourceful - Good at English both writing and speaking - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Able to work independently but a team player. - High responsibility, enthusiasm and owning the job - Honesty, integrity
