Administration
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making. - Work closely with the Country Manager to identify and implement opportunities to improve sales performance and profit margins. - Analyze trends in revenue, costs, and other key performance metrics. - Develop and present financial reports, forecasts, and insights to management and stakeholders. - Ensure accurate and timely internal financial controls, reporting, and compliance. - Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal/external stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different countries and cultural backgrounds. - Manage time-sensitive priorities and adjust to shifting business needs.
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. - Minimum 3 years of experience in the position. - Fluent in written and verbal in both national language and English. - Experience in communicating with supplier and stakeholders - Strong working knowledge of country Banking Procedures - Experience in internal administrative and accounting control.
